Do you or your Spouse have Depression?

Hey Jody here....

I'm Christian's spouse and we have six kids together (2 his, 2 mine and 2 together)

For yrs I've been suffering from depression and not realized it.  After having four kids I thought it was normal to be tired...but I was tired all the time.

Finally this yr, after ending a very strenuous job, the bottom hit.  I suffered for not only days, but several months...barely able to even get out of bed.

I went and saw my Dr. who put me on a mild anti-depressant and I slowly started to get better (if you or a loved one has depression you know that this process can take months)

Once I was starting to get a little better I went online and kept seeing every where that not only did I need Dr.'s help but a healthy lifestyle.

Well, we haven't been able to afford vitamins for a long time...so we tried (what we were promised) a good line...but I still felt laggy and tired.

Chris and I talked about when we BOTH felt our healthiest...and looking back over the years it was with a product called Usana.
